"We stayed in the bungalows which I think is a better option than the large high-rise hotel. The amenities are wonderful- pools are lovely and you are a 2 minute walk to Cat's Eye Beach. "Great location and lots of options for pools. This is a solid B+ hotel. The rooms are large and the views are fantastic! They have the airport transfer well organized and work with you to keep your luggage after checkout, but they require 10 am checkout, which is earlier than most hotels. The staff was friendly but were very slow to respond to requests or just said they wouldn't be able to help. It seemed like they were constantly under staffed.
