"This property is in a great location with lovely view's and large and thats where it ends.When we got to the apartment it smelt like cooking oil and was dirty. The unit is for sale and tired. It needs a total revamp.The back sliding doors do not lock. Saftey hazard.The ensuite had a temporary hot water heater on the ground, WH and S issue. There was a damp smell in the main bathroom and ensuite. We used a pillow from a drawer in the WIR and through the night woke with cockroaches in our bed. There is mould in the shower.The main bed needs to be replaced.To the Managers credit, he helped fix as many issues as he could while we were there, but some things need more time and attention.Please make sure you check with the property Manager if all of these issues are fixed before you book or arrive.We love Hamilton Island and have stayed in many places, this is so disappointing as Poinciana is a nice block of apartments."

We were very happy and comfortable and so glad we booked this apartment. Definitely recommended it to anyone who is wanting a great location and view! "
