"Room was tidy and clean on surfaces and bedding appeared clean, but chairs and carpet needed a clean. Room smelt strongly of stale cigarettes. Spa bath was awesome. Shower great with very high pressure."

"The room was ok for the price and the Toilet and shower was clean. It seams the walls are made from carton as you can hear the people talking next door. I liked the stay but in Hamilton the City council made it really hard to find a spot for the car in the central, when the free parking from the hostel is booked out. So not cool Hamilton Council :( Thanks HH"
