"The room was nice, no fridge, no microwave, the mini split was off, it was 28° outside, huge icicles hanging from the roof, which is a design flaw perhaps not the owners fault, I'veice all over the roadparking lot and deep snow, exterior building is in fair condition and the door didn't seal so there is a draft, but "
