"We were not expected by the host saying they didn’t get the conformation BT hotel.com . We have to wait nearly 30 mins to get in to the property. The host said they were not informed about the booking. The host try to do his best but unfortunately it wasn’t good enough. We had comfortable sleep but breakfast was not good enough and ther was no tea making facility. We gave the host some friendly advice to improve services ."

"I hate to give bad reviews, especially because the service was lovely and the property was great. But the room was dirty, with rat droppings on the beds. We were the only people staying at the hotel. I’m sure they cleaned the room when the last person checked out, but that seemed like months ago with the amount of dust and dead bugs in the room. Also, no WiFi in the room!"
