"Very beautiful place. Very quiet, green and glorious forest around it. The lake next door is beautiful. The sunset from the restaurant was beautiful. One slight issue I found was big red ants in bathroom (didn't come to bedroom and didn't trouble when in bathroom but was concerning). Rest everything was fantastic. Dulaj and Chamita were wonderful hosts "

"The room requires a deep clean. Dirty floor mats, water timescale marks all around the shower and window. Privacy blind had mould growing on it. Sink requires timescale and bleach as plug area smelt unpleasant. Air conditioning required some overdue maintenance or replacement as it was so loud even with the terrace doors closed. Very loud music could be easily heard in the room until 5am. Breakfast area had a fly problem and need to be addressed urgently as unhygienic. "

"Very nice place for hair relaxing and enjoying the resort with a few birds, monkeys, squirrels and butterflies. Loved the place. Thanks to the manager Yomal for looking after me. I will come back again. 😊"

"I was supposed to stay for two nights. As soon as I saw my room I wanted to leave. I did stay one night due to the penalty and checked out the next day. My parent’s and brother Checked out two days early. I went through Expedia to get a refund. My brother sat in the lobby and argued with the management to get a refund. He did finally get a refund for two nights. The in house manager gave us one answer and the big boss wanted to charge my brother for two night. I must say the staff was friendly, but unfortunately the rooms were smelly- mine smelt like a urinal and my brother’s room had a strong smell of smoke. My Parents room had exposed kettle wire and no hot water at all. The phones didn’t work and not everyone had WiFi. .The ocean had strong currents and very windy. We drove a little further and stayed st 22 Welligama bay beach resort and it was perfect."

"They accommodated our room request for close rooms (we had 2) and gave us a close location to reception/dining, for my mom who has mobility issues. Some construction going on near the water front. Would be nice to build up the area around the water. Pool area was nice."

"Great stay at Jetwing From the start the staff were friendly and welcoming. Easy check in and shown to our beach view room. Room was very clean and spacious. Large shower room and deck area were great. Extensive food options avaialble and all that we had were very tasty. Other facilities like pool and gym appeared inviting, although we only had 2 nights and so were unable to make use, as we had trips planned. Had a great stay and would recommend."

Aveen, our waiter, provided excellent service during meals, always attentive and ready with a cheerful smile. He ensured that every dining experience was enjoyable and seamless. Special thanks to Chamara and Madawa, the lobby boys, who were always on hand to assist with anything we needed. Their efficiency and friendliness added to the overall comfort and ease of my stay.
