"The room was a very small single with bathroom en suite. It was in a clean condition with Wifi, tea/coffee, hairdryer and safe were provided as well as a range of bathroom items. The bed was comfortable yet small. As regards value for money in that location close to Victoria Station, I had no complaints. "The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street which provided a quaint and calm atmosphere after exploring the busy city which is nice. Public transportation was accessible as the Tube station was about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk away. You can also walk 10-15 minute for some cafés, restaurants, and markets nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."

"It was clean and the restaurant was good and reasonable. The room was so small you could barely move around. To use the toilet, you had to stand by the side or squeeze under the sink. On two occasions I had to call security because of the noise until almost midnight. One night the fire alarm went off at 3am. There were no amenities other than a hair dryer. You had to go to the bar to get ice. Staff was unsympathetic. Could not plug the coffee maker in because it was covered by the...
