"Friendly staff & ideal location. The room was ridiculously hot, but I managed to turn down the valve on the radiator to help the room cool down. Also the brew facility options weren’t great with PG tips & Nescafé."

"The VIP Access allowed me free self-parking as well as an upgrade from Junior Penthouse to Penthouse which was a lovely bonus. The place was easy to find and park. There was no need to drive anywhere for dining as there were plenty of options all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
