"Thanks for a wonderful stay! The property was well situated and in a safe neighborhood, the pool was unheated so pretty cold, but my kids enjoyed regardless! It was well maintained and someone came for routine service while we were there.. The game room was a huge hit with the family and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels- pool towels too!My only feedback that I’d suggest is to leave enough dishwasher pods/laundry pods/garbage bags/toilet paper for the length of the guests...

"This home is in a great location if you’re traveling for youth sports, with a tournament at the Austin Tindall Sports Complex. Almost all of the appliances are brand new and every single one of them works perfectly. There’s plenty of space for a family of four to spread out and sleep comfortably. "This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured - even better!! We stayed for a family wedding and could not be happier with the size and layout of the house and the property location in regards to all major attractions in Central Florida! The place was immaculate and well-stocked! The rooms were very comfortable and big - the many bathrooms were so nice. Next door is a gator attraction with a pub and gift shop - highly highly recommend - especially the boat tours!! We would DEFINITELY stay here...

"Unique, large efficiency apartment. Very convienient to interstate highway, hospital, and fantastic mall and shopping and dining. Heron Roost Park and lake is across the highway. Host is friengly and attentive. "

"The place was very clean, decorated like a nice hotel. It is well water so there's a slight smell to the water, but nothing bad. Suggest bringing drinking water. "I stayed for 8 nights. If you have a big suitcase, be forewarned that getting it up the circular staircase is probably not a good idea. I recommend bringing it upstairs via the outdoor deck stairs.There were several things broken that the host was very responsive and fixed immediately.It was a good space and felt like a safe area for an older gal like me.
