"Gorgeous new hotel. The room was fantastic, great view of the city high up. Large shower, comfortable bed. The pool and spa area was really nice, pool large enough to swim. Sauna and steam room. Only negative was how unfriendly the staff were at reception. Complete opposite of the Battersea site. I got a cold welcome on check in. Then check out the guy just took my key card and said “you’re all good”. No thankyou, no good bye, no how was your stay etc, and certainly no smile. Really odd. I’d happily stay here again though "
