He was very pleasant considering he had been in bed. All staff was nice and the long-term guests (being an extended stay place) were friendly. The room was clean and it was nice to have a toaster in the room, as well as the full fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, etc. One drawback was that there were no USB ports for phones and other devices. "
