Checked in Sunday evening and had to wait for desk clerk to come. She was pleasant and got us checked in quickly. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had all we needed. Breakfast was weak. The staff said due to the bad weather the trucks hadn't made their deliveries. Very little to choose from. Milk was sour and coffee was empty. I'd stay at hotel again but be weary of the breakfast. Definitely not up to the Holiday Inn Express standards.

Front desk staff didn't disclose vital information. They didn't charge the rooms correctly and didn't inform me of a $75 holding charge per room. These errors caused my CC company to put a hold on my account. After two phone calls and 10 days, I got all the issues resolved. I suggest booking thru a third-party. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and convient to I40.

This place was impressive! So clean and comfortable. We needed a place that was affordable and by I-40. My husband and I definitely have bookmarked it to stay here again. This place knows how to do it right!

We reserved a room with a roll-in shower because that is what my wife needs due to her limited mobility, we were told that one was available when I booked the room. Upon our arrival we were told that the room was not available because the individual staying there the previous night had extended their stay. That to me is unacceptable, while I can empathize with their situation it did not alter the fact that I requested and paid for a specific type of room. It is frustrating when you make a choice to stay somewhere based on what they say they have available to you and then you find out that they do not.
