"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. He complained when I told him that my child had dairy allergies. He said: “ Why do you have a problem?” Well, people have different allergies. That was the worst attitude I have ever...

"Très bon séjour, Cadre paradisiaque, belle chambre entourée d’animaux. Lit très confortable et douche nickel. Petit déjeuné sympa, peut être un peu cher. "While the overall was good and well maintained, there is a few things to be aware such as the shared bathroom and toilets, which are not well described on the hotel.com website as the room amenities say "bath or shower" and given the price was not really anticipated either. The bed was small for 2 and extremely soft, and if you are overlooking the patio and guest smoke in the garden you will have to close your windows. "

"Can't give enough superlative comments about our stay at La Jour . A lot of character / color at our room, Le Prairie . Host , Mr. Alain was great . although not in city center Geneva, within 5 minute walk ( I timed it) to no. 22 bus , and you are at Gare Cornavin within 12 minutes , very "country /suburban " feel to the neighorhood . We brought back dinner 1 nite , and sat at the patio table . If you are not happy to stay here , you are too demanding a traveller "

"Very large room and bathroom. Everything brand new and spotlessly clean. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The room is in a residential area, 10 minutes walk from Rolle train station and from the town center, where there are some restaurants. The owners who live downstairs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is also good and at a reasonable price. I recommend it."
