"Amazing atmosphere! Caring, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast has a lot of verity and everything is delicious. Quite area that is relatively close to a lot of main places of the island. Breath taking view and high quality facilities. The room is incredible with the largest bathroom I've ever seen. "

"Ace location, a easy walk anywhere in Chaweng. The property is split between bungalows and a new Annex building, there's a swimming pool and restaurant right at the beach. We booked a deluxe room and stayed in the Annex building. The room was spacious and could easily fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. They also gave us daily bottles of water and it was very clean. Unfortunately, although our room had a balcony, it was facing the apartments in the building next door. "

"the propety is large and quite well maintained; there are enough dining choices and prices are fair for a resort of this standing; the pool is great place to spend the day with kids; the beach is not the place to really swim- too much current; overall - there is, visibly an effort to upgrade the service level with more professional stuff; the property stay highly recommended in my opinion;"

"We really enjoyed Mantra Resort for the brief time we were there. The rooms/amenities were great and offer incredible views. A bit of a bummer our room wasn't ready at check-in after a day of travel but not the end of the world. If you've got notable height or motion sickness issues, the hills and need for golf cart transport should be a consideration. Otherwise wonderful staying somewhere without kiddos with such a beautiful atmosphere."

"I have to say, I wasn’t expecting this hotel to be as good as it was. There were a few messages which seemed curt, and I went in, expecting an average stay. But to my shock, the staff was wonderful, the premises gorgeous and the location was perfect. We had a family bungalow near the pool, and we loved the space. "Everything was great about this hotel. When I checked in they took me too my room. It was raining so I turned on the TV. There was no sound from the TV. I called and Maintenance came to take a look. They couldn't fix it. Within 10 minutes they installed a different TV, now that to me is going above and beyond. The staff is incredibly friendly. "

"We stayed at the Explorar for the last leg of honeymoon trip and it was incredible. The staff go above and beyond and the hotel itself is stunning and the pool was amazing. There are a lot of complimentary activities throughout the week. You can visit lots of temples, elephants and waterfalls easily. The food has a nice variety but also nice restaurants nearby and in Fisherman's Village. Joey and his team at the bar made the best cocktails & drinks we had on our travels. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. We had the best time, thank you! "
