Also a guy with a child in the spa area and another in there using a phone! Made my partner a bit uneasy with it being a camera phone. Just no need and shouldn’t be permitted, in my view. "

The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"

"The hotel rooms were good. Spacious and clean bathroom, adequate heating, a fridge in the room and soaps etc provided. The hotel restaurant was excellent. The food was fine-dining quality for a quarter of the fine-dining price tag. "
