"Fantastic location and room 3 was quiet. Room was fine except there was no outlet for hairdryer next to a mirror. If you need or like to dry your hair in front of a mirror then this room isn’t for you. The staff were pleasant and the hotel was overall great bargain for what we paid. The hallways were honestly a mess and they need a revamp. You get what you pay for. The senior menu is offered to those over 60 y/o. Do not get the prawns and cold French fries. Prawns were fried and just like warm....

"Portreath Arms is a very welcoming place. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was fresh and clean including the shared bathroom facilities. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. "

"A quiet & convenient place to stay with well appointed rooms. It’s close to St Michael’s Mount, which is why I selected it, and I would definitely stay here again! They provide a variety of foods for breakfast and have parking available for guests. Highly recommend! "

"Tiny town with even tinier roads. We initially missed the car park closest to the inn and had to drive out and around to come back down into town. However once we parked we were directly across the Harbour from the inn. Everyone was friendly. Our room had a great view of the Harbour right out the window. The room was clean and comfortable, however the room was definitely not well sound proofed. I think it was the saloon door to the kitchen that could be heard from our room every time someone...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. There is some road noise, but overnight it's pretty quiet. There are thoughtful touches such as milk and water in the fridge. There are also earplugs, although we didn't need them. The towels are a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are also very welcoming too. "

"Very good all round. Parking at the front is free if staying at the hotel. Didnt have an evening meal due to a private function."
