"Excellent hotel, with friendly staff. Well decorated and overall the hotel does have a high end feel to it, with bar area very impressive. Given the cost and standard expected the negatives are, reception area is very modest (not something that bothers me but does not set the scene well for rest of hotel). We were lucky to get an upgrade to superior room which was lovely but not something i could have paid the extra for while also wondering how basic the normal rooms are given the standard of the superior room. Overall its a great hotel and great staff but not sure about the value for money aspect. "

"Great experience. Well Located and exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue being very picky was having to wait for a parking space, but it only took 30mins. Overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Liverpool. "

Handy location for walking to centre, so close to pretty Albert Docks. Good security checked if we were staying when we came back to hotel late. Close to car park.
