"Very clean property. Stunning location. Stayed 4 nights. Very impersonal. No communication from owners/operators. No breakfast provided as advertised in Expedia web site. Just orange juice (out of date) and milk in fridge. Had a little difficulty locating property. Rang mobile number in conformation email for assistance but got no reply. Had to locate key in key safe to let myself in. Garden Room very small. Would not stay there again"

"We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain. We used our time their to celebrate my partners birthday, and begin art projects we've been preparing for. We met a couple of others in Fachwen and they were so lovely and helpful! Fantastic Stay at Traxx Hotel!

"My girlfriend and I recently booked a one-night stay at the Traxx Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were particularly grateful for their willingness to store some of our luggage even after we had checked out, which was a huge convenience for us. The rooms themselves were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were also outstanding. Even after what seemed to be their closing time, they were still available and happy to assist us with our luggages. The location of the Traxx Hotel is absolutely perfect. Being situated just outside Bangor station, it was incredibly easy to find and access – you can literally see the hotel from the station! This made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Traxx Hotel. The helpful staff, clean rooms, and unbeatable location make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Bangor. We would definitely recommend it and will certainly consider staying here again on future trips. "

"The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside, the rooms are clean with everything you could need as well as convenient parking out front. The hosts Pete and Ned were great giving clear and concise instructions. We had no issues and had a lovely stay. I would definitely book again!"
