"Hotel Regina is a very pleasant and thoughtfully run hotel. The attention to detail throughout the property reflects the care and pride the hotel takes in delivering a quality guest experience. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive—every request we made was handled promptly and with courtesy. The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We stayed in a penthouse room, which was charming and featured a spacious private deck. However, we were disappointed to find that the deck offered virtually no view, which was unexpected and did detract somewhat from the experience. That said, the overall quality, service, and comfort more than made up for it, and we feel the hotel still fully deserves a five-star rating from us."

"This is a high end hotel and the staff was wonderful, I think they can improved their breakfast, if you place an order it will take some time for the plate to arrive and probably has to do when many guest are sitting at once. For additional dinning options you might have to take a taxi. "

"We were travelling by train, between France and Vigo. The train timetable was such that we needed an overnight stop having arrived at Madrid Atochoa and leaving the next day from Chamartin. This hotel was perfect - and busy! It’s above the Chamartin station. It can be difficult to find initially (we walked to the Main Street missing the escalator up to the hotel). Once there (the entry is off the main multi level carpark), registration was quick and professional, advice about breakfast clear. Our room was very spacious and the king bed wonderful! In one night, no unpacking - just toiletries. Bathroom is spacious and everything worked! Slept like logs except for a group of three very loud men in the corridor - must have woken everyone at 3am! Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant area is huge (we did have dinner there the night before - adequate). However, breakfast included a pastry/bread etc area. Then separately a huge buffet of hot and cold dishes of European and Asian dishes. Cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juices and drinks. A great start to a longer day on restrains."
