"It is a modest accommodation. I wish there's more variety in breakfast food. The washroom set up is annoying i.e., the toilet paper holder is not within reach (more than arm's length) and the toilet cover is not set up properly (keeps falling down). However, the staff is very accommodating. If they can just change these details, it would be a better stay."

"Everything looked very clean. Showers need upgrading (rusting showerhead), door leaks quite a lot of water into the bathroom, but the bathroom has a bidet. No place for soap or a towel by the bidet, which is the norm."

"This is a hidden gem. Low price, cleanliness, modern, good staff, what more can you ask for. I've stayed at this hotel 2 times now and it has been great. I didn't expect anything luxurious but what I did expect was a clean and convenient option and they exceeded. Thank you so much for your service."

"The close proximity to the Basilica was a plus, at nights it was noisy and there was no room cleaning service unless you asked. Stayed 4 nights 5 days, they only cleaned the room oubce and only because we asked."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing in terms of location and staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food/drink items in the 24 hr cafe were included in the price of the hotel. The only items we had to pay for were wine and alcohol (other than beer, that was included). They had a good selection in the cafe and the staff there were so friendly and food/drinks were served promptly. The breakfast was a good selection of traditional American and Mexican dishes. The view overlooking the Zocalo was amazing, especially when the center was filled with people. And a special shout-out to Daniel, our doorman. He was the absolute best, so sweet and had the best smile! He was there to help us check in and check out and made sure that we were picked up promptly with our driver. Raul was also very helpful during pickup from the hotel to the airport. Overall, we would definitely stay again at this hotel because of the amenities, location and the staff. "
