"It’s was good! Only the building is a bit on the older side. If you are planning to only be around the Chicago area book near downtown. I made the mistake to book this hotel and it was super far from Chicago. Lesson Learned and Uber was expensive!"

"Great place to have a nice weekend with the kids, did get locked out of room cause the batteies for the door key swiper died so we lost time in our check out to enjoy some swimming and was not offered anything for our inconvenience."

"Good stay, the dishes specifically the pots, are cleaned but need to be replaced a lot of char and burn marks in the pans. Some smaller cosmetic issues but other than that everything was great. Staff was extremely helpful and there is always someone available to help you. The laundry area was easy to use and worked well. Overall I give this place a 3.8/5"

"The property was clean and well maintained. The room was nice and specious. The location was great because it was in the perimeter of Gurnee Mall with lots of shopping and dining options and dining. "
