"Overall my stay was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and priced wonderfully for the value. The only thing off putting was being surprised about the $100 room deposit upon check-in. Considering it was more than I paid for the room I was shocked but it was manageable and refunded timely. "Great customer service. Very helpful and supportive to the Navy families arriving for graduation. Despite renovations happening on our floor, the hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Front desk staff were awesome, breakfast was great, lots of options to eat around the area. Mexican food on Washington in Waukegan is legit! Book it, youll be happy. "
