Everything from the resident squirrel, hummingbirds, kingfishers, gulls working on swallowing starfish (no easy feat), eagles, lots of different marine birds, seals, river otter, sea lions galore catching dinner right out front, porpoise and a small pod of orca, however, the house does need some TLC."
