Everything from the resident squirrel, hummingbirds, kingfishers, gulls working on swallowing starfish (no easy feat), eagles, lots of different marine birds, seals, river otter, sea lions galore catching dinner right out front, porpoise and a small pod of orca, however, the house does need some TLC."

"It is difficult to express how pleasurable our experience was a Stephen's property. He was eminently welcoming, kind, thoughtful and accommodating. The home is even better in person than what the photographs portray. The view overlooking Otter Bay ferry terminal is wonderful. The swimming pool was ideal for the warm summer weather we were lucky to have during our stay. The kitchen was more than fully equipped.
