"Check in was easy, the front door lock gave the cleaner a hard time so the owner let me know right away how to get into the key box if the code to the door didn’t work. The place was a little smaller than I anticipated and I’m glad there was only three of us, but we didn’t mind it. Only minutes from devils den and blue grotto which was the reason we came here. "We stayed here to visit family after a trip to Universal/Disney. The host gave us all the information needed prior to arrival and made checking in a breeze. Since we were traveling with small children we asked to be checked in ASAP and although they had to make sure the property was properly cleaned, they let us know when it was ready for us. Also, we did not bring any laundry detergent with us, but when I asked the host if they had any on the property, they had someone deliver some without us...

"Very comfortable, quiet gem near Rainbow Springs. We stayed over Thanksgiving and were very pleasantly surprised about the well equipped kitchen that had every appliance and pots/pans we could have needed (We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal). The property is right on a small canal. The provided kayaks were put to good use as well as the 2 story dock that lent itself to birdwatching while enjoying a coffee. Overall it has been a very relaxing stay and we hope to come back one day."
