"This house worked great for our family of 5. It is well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. We were happily surprised to find the garage stocked with everything we would need for a beach excursion. The host was quick to respond to communication and the check in/ check out process was really smooth and easy! There is a Sprouts and Publix within 5 minutes of the house as well as many restaurants, coffee shops, etc."

"This property really is fantastic. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short to avoid hurricane Milton but will definitely be coming back to this villa when we can. "Home is in older community. Home could use some updating but was clean. Entry was made via key kept in lock box that was kind of annoying to use as some of the buttons didn't work well. A digital keypad entry would be much better. Biggest issue is a safety matter: front door is an out swing door so hinges are on the outside. This means anyone could push the pins out and remove the whole door from the outside. Also, there was a gap between the door frame and the door, exposing the door lock bolt....

"The loft was in an excellent location with so many restaurants/ bars/ shops nearby. It was stocked with everything we needed for a great week. The noise at night was expected from the other reviews we read, so that wasn’t a problem for us and was actually quieter than expected. Highly recommend!"
