"We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks in August 2024. The villa was perfect for 2 families, plenty of space for everyone individually but also to all be together. "We came on holiday September 2024 as a family of 9 guests. When booking the Villa we thought the pictures and write up looked great for our needs. But the Villa was even more impressive than the photos could portray. Very clean and well maintained. Bedrooms well spaced out across the Villa and lots of social areas, so we never felt cramped. "We stayed as a party of 9 (4 adults, 4 teens and a 10 year old). I think it’s useful for other potential guests to know the following, based on our experience: 1. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are only suitable for small children or anyone under 3ft! They are basically loft rooms, no windows, I lost track of the number of times we banged our heads on the roof and trying to make the beds when you can’t stand up is difficult. 2. "The property is right on the Portugal/Spain border which was what we were looking for to allow trips within both countries. It is located beside a Golf Course, a short drive from Ayamonte. The house was filled with just about anything you could need for the trip and had some of the basic essentials (spices, etc..) so you did not need to buy these for your stay. We had some pretty wild weather during our week which did some damage to the fence, but they came and temporarily repaired it right away...
