"We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks in August 2024. The villa was perfect for 2 families, plenty of space for everyone individually but also to all be together. The pool was a good size for the group (5 adults and 5 kids) and all the things we needed, plus extras, were there for us to use. "We had a wonderful stay at this great villa which is only a short drive from the airport, but provides a quiet and beautiful location. For mid-to-late October, we were blessed with the weather, which only enhanced the beauty of the place and its surroundings. There are restaurants and amenities that are only a short drive away, so there's plenty still to see and do. Joao was an excellent host and communication with him was excellent. If I can guarantee the weather, I'll certainly be back!"

"First visit to Algarve, and this property absolutely made our stay simply brilliant, hosts Barry and Tina incredibly hospitable. The home has everything, I mean everything you require and then some. Kitchen is a chef's dream and the modern grocery store 3 KM's away has all you need. Lunches at Algarve restaurants are legendary, Tavira has a great spot - Mares - and the value for money off the charts. Place is as quiet as the night, bedding excellent and Roku TV's have excellent movie apps loaded...

"The property was: clean, sunny, comfortable, and exactly as listed. For Americans used to street signs and wider roads, finding the house will be easier if you think of the street as an alley or drive. If uou plan to use the washer, be sure to get directions; we needed a bit of help with the hieroglyphics. Written directions in English world have been a bonus. But, again, we are just not familiar with EU appliances. There is also a wonderful Italian restaurant just a block down from the drive. "

"We stayed at Coco Loco for 2 weeks and loved every minute. I asked lots of questions before our stay and Teresa always answered promptly. On the day of check in everything was really straightforward. The villa itself is perfectly equipped for a family with a large living space, plenty of outdoor shade and everything you need in the kitchen if you do decide to eat in (great bbq as well).
