"Estaba muy sucio. Baños con restos orgánicos y pelos. Suelos muy sucios. Los artilugios de la cocina sucios. Restos secos de café en las tazas guardadas. Colchones muy incómodos y sucios. Almohadas con manchas. Sábanas incompletas y camas sin hacer. Antes de entrar quien nos entrego las llaves nos dijo que había productos por si queríamos limpiar nosotros. No esperábamos esa precariedad. Estamos muy decepcionados."

"Lovely spacious property and garden. Well equipped for our needs. Close to shops and cafe/bars and easy walking to beach only a few minutes away. Nice quiet area. Would definitely book again but would need to have wi-fi in place first. It was a little difficult without it trying to plan days out and ordering taxi. Also for checking in for return flight. We had to keep going to a cafe with wi-fi to do what we needed to do on the Internet. The lady who looks after the property is very welcoming...

"Just returned from a week in Manta Rota at Casa Adam. My entire group had a wonderful time and were so glad we stayed here as opposed to more populated areas further west in the Algarve. The property was beautiful and pretty much exactly as described online. The gardens are beautiful, the pool is quite refreshing and the beach is a blissful short walk away. As we did venture into some of the local towns, having a car helped. The location is very accessible to the N125 and the A22 (toll road)...

"We enjoyed a relaxing 10 days in Costa Esuri! It was great to be back, as this trip had been cancelled twice due to the Covid pandemic. A brilliant location, as you can visit the beautiful beaches of both Spain and Portugal. There is also now an excellent supermarket and pharmacy on the Costa Esuri development. Car hire is definitely advised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We had a regular stay. Positive points: pool, garden view Negative points: - No air conditioning killed us in middle of August heat, even with fans and open windows neither adults or children could sleep. The upper floor was impossible to stay - Distance to beach. Not walking distance, it seems close to the beach on the map but you need to take the car and pay for parking - No Wifi - Cleaness was so so, fridge and congelador were super dirty, sofa had so much dirt that we had to pass the vacum...

"This is a lovely property that is very close to the beach and a 5 min cycle ride to Monte Gordo. There is also a nearby shop attached to a cafe that is perfect for essentials. The beach itself (5 mins walk away) is stunning and seems to go on forever. As is clear from the pictures, decoratively the house is a tad dated inside. For those who don't mind this, however, it offers a perfect Algarve beach house. Although the house has 5 bedrooms, the small living area would make it a bit of a squeeze...

"I was impressed with the property initially, it was well equipped but lacked a milk jug and teapot. Also the internet was often unavailable.One of the biggest problem were the beds, far too low and the pillows were poorly filled and therefore uncomfortable.I had to go out and buy two new ones. The showers were extremely difficult to control and one was in great danger of being scalded. The shower cubicle downstairs was too small to turn around in as a result your body would inadvertently either...

"The property was quite small but more than adequate for three people. Directions to the property were accurate and the check-in smooth. There was a double room and two singles. Bathroom had a very good shower and the toilet downstairs was good.Nice living room but we spent most of the time on the patio as the weather was hot. Small kitchen but well equipped and easy enough to prepare breakfast and dinners in."

"Had a lovely stay in Cabanas in this traditional Portuguese house in a small town. Everything was within walking distance. Close to the boardwalk and ferry across Ria Formosa lagoon to the beach. Two wonderful terraces. Nicely decorated with artistic touches. We had a few issues that required us to contact the owner who responded immediately. Would recommend to others!"

"Great property with nice south facing outside areas. The urbanisation is a little remote from Castro Marim and a car is necessary. Easy access to great beaches and the motorway. The area is less well known than some of the Algarve but full of history."

A few little issues to start with, very promptly tended to and understandeable for the start of season. A great house, with all the necessary facilities. Well equipped, well located. Only a short walk to the beach and a quick 7 to 10 minute drive to any supermarket you choose. "Nos encanta las vistas al campo de Golf y la tranquilidad..por poner una pega..la.poca intimidad con los vecinos..ya q no setos de separacion, en td la finca..y ves y oyes td d los d al lado.. Entiendo q no hay horarios nocturno..pq llegando d cenar..td el mundo se queda en su jardín..hasta las 2 o 3 tomando copas..y eso sí es molesto. Aún así eran prudentes nuestros vecinos.. La casa es ideal..cómoda..buena ubicación y fácil aparcar..el dueño amable en td momento..nos dejó entrar antes a la...

"Maison insalubre +++ ( Sols, galettes de chaises, houses, fauteuil, lits....) Maison au bord de la route, piscine également prés de la route et à l'ombre, dangeureux pour les enfants Chambres donnant sur cette route, passage à partir de 7h du matin.... mais cette route est dite chemin ....) En cas de pluie l'eau s'infiltre rapidement à l'intérieur de la maison.... Pour couronner le tout, l'agence ne donne pas de nouvelles, suite aux nombreuses réclamations... Donc à fuir, garder votre argent."
