"We very much enjoyed our stay here! The location is close enough to the city to easily walk and it was kept very clean. We even showed up 2 hours early and they let us go in and hang out in the AC while it was still being cleaned. The shower didn't really ever get hot but it was warm enough to shower in. The only suggestion we have is to have some porch furniture put out to be able to enjoy coffee outside in the morning. "

"We had an excellent time. Had a pet Pedro the giant iguana that lives in the large tree and would come to visit the pool and greeted us upon arrival. House was amazing and pool was even better. Definitely a highlight of the trip."

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The view and large windows with spacious bedrooms and a well furnished kitchen were highlights. The view was stunning of Arenal lake and on a clear day also of the volcano. It had been raining quite a bit and driving up to the house was quite interesting and adventurous with the large ruts from the rain. A four wheel drive would most likely be a necessity to reach the house. Once there, it is a stunning view! "

"This is very much a stay at a family’s home versus a primary rental purpose. It is a drive to everything but you get a lot of beds for the price. We had a very action packed time closer to La Fortuna so this house fit our low key plans. My husband used the sunroom with beautiful views for Work and the rest of us enjoyed the swimming pool and bird-watching. "

"Loved everything. The wildlife right on their property was amazing. Baby sloth and mommy right in the tree outside the door. Jonathan was great too and showed us a lot of fun stuff. The pictures were accurate. We also liked the nice view of the mountains and it was close to some nice restaurant and Rio Celeste. The communication with the host was very good. Thank you, we recommend this place without hesitation."
