"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). "This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again. "

"Stayed here a few times, i find it more convenient and rooms better than marriott and pullman which are more than dpuble tbe price. Staff are excellent and superior suites are great. Good prices and a bar/shop round corner too. They advertise pool , not great but a different space...was working so didnt bother me."

We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "
