"The hotel is located a block away from the busy Paulista Avenue which actually is good because traffic is less busy and it is quieter in the evening. Check in is a breeze as they offer an online advance check in. "I stayed at this property on a recommendation of my friend who stayed here before. I stayed 10 nights here. I found the property really clean. The refilled the snacks and drinks daily. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less. "Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "

"Excelente hotel, quarto reformado e novo. Cama muito macia. Ar condicionado potente. Café da manhã muito gostoso e variado. Diferencial do hotel é a localização, fica a uma quadra da Av Paulista, podendo fazer todo deslocamento a pé / metrô."
