"Poor experience given the price paid which was $30 per night for a dormitory. The breakfast buffet is minimal and dissolved quickly by people who literally thrust it into their bags without any oversight, and from thereon it isn't replenished correctly for all the other guests.The guy responsible for making the breakfast was super rude too. "Originally booked 1 night and ended up staying for 3. Really wonderful hostel in a beautiful building. Rooms are clean and comfortable and everything works well. The location is fine, if not ideal--lots of grocery stores nearby though not restaurants, 13-min walk from the metro, and centrally located between Copa and north Rio--which I think helps keep the price great. The common areas are quite nice, if not particularly social. Thanks for a great stay."

Had a brilliant stay, it was the perfect location to explore the city and surrounds; but also for Carnival events. "Facil localização, casa espaçosa, piscina e área da churraqueira muito boas. Fui comemorar meu aniversario entre família e todos se divertiram muito. As crianças amaram alimentar os peixes do lago!
