"This cottage is sweet, and the owners vibe is caring and casual. There is a loft that is not available and the cleanliness is hit or miss, but it was fully stocked and comfortable. The common areas are wonderful just like the photos show. Appliances are aged but everything worked. Though it’s right off the highway it is quiet and sleeping was great; the queen is very comfortable. "The Santini Farmhouse was perfect for our girls-weekend-getaway! The house was spotless and had everything we needed (including instructions how to work everything and a great info book for all local amenities). After a hard day touring wineries the hot tub was a perfect place to unwind. ;) It's a peaceful location in beautiful wine country. Highly recommend!"

"Kathy and I cannot say enough. Not only a beautiful location in the hills above Cloverdale but the cottage was just gorgeous! the hosts thought out EVERYTHING. Everything you would have at YOUR house but MORE! Band-Aids, Q-tips, ALL bathroom necessities. Kruger Coffee machine, Washer dryer, BIG screen TV, DVD's, ALL Kitchen necessities, Just think of something you would not think of ..... It was there!!! Richard & Kathy"

"We planned to stay 10 days, there wasn’t a table to sit at or chairs if you wanted to eat meals. We appreciate some kind of household instruction for watching t.v., using the air conditioning unit or operating the locks when exiting. This would be a good place to stay if you didn’t plan on any time in the unit. Also a good wind came up and the shredded patio umbrella collapsed. We left early."

"When you combine a truly lovely property with exceptionally responsive and kind hosts, you can't help but have a lovely stay. That was our experience at the DogWood cottage. The cottage sits in an idyllic setting, and the cottage did not lack for anything. The owners clearly had put a great deal of thought into everything a guest would need (even our four-legged guests). We LOVED our stay and cannot wait to return!"

"I spent a month at Paul and Vivi"s cottage this summer and really enjoyed it. I was looking for something quiet and peaceful and it was exactly that, with a spectacular view. The cottage contained everything I needed for my 30-day stay, was comfortable and private. I loved just taking in the scenery around the cottage, including their beautiful vineyards. Paul and Vivi were wonderful hosts. I highly recommend it."

"Place was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was modern and well stocked so we did a lot of cooking instead of eating out. Location felt private and safe. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We had no issues and everything in the house worked just fine. Place is perfect for one or two couples. The dogs loved the big backyard and I like the fact there was a wire fence to help keep other critters out. We’d definitely come back. "
