"My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach. "We can’t say enough about how impressed we are with Casa de los Suenos, Elise, and the location. The Casita is so well designed, appointed and cared-for. Elise was a welcoming and helpful host both before and during our stay. She has put together a guidebook that can rival many a visitors center. "Peri and Jeff are great hosts. I enjoyed staying in the cottage at the property . Enjoyed watching the owls in the large oak trees and hearing the chirping of different birds. Nice to be able to walk my puppy (a miniature poodle) down the pavement road to visit the farm animals. Over all …I had a very pleasant stay."

"Its a cool little place, very small. Does not face the beach but the balcony does. Its behind the main beach house which is actually facing the beach, fire pit was nice! I would suggest upating the hot tub or not advertise it as we would not touch it, it was very dated and the filter was not working properly making the water appear very dirty. Overall was a good experience though. A little outdated. "
