"Very clean and staff was very nice"

"The room booked was not available at check-in due to the hotel having had to move another guest. The gal at the front desk was super friendly, apologetic, and set us up with another equally acceptable room. She, and the clerk on duty at check-out in the morning were very pleasant and efficient in their role. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed the coffee service in lobby in the morning was not available as the machine was out of order. We would stay again."

"With the age of technology, it was surprising to us that your hotel did not offer Smart TV's and we certainly didn't think to ask with "the age of technology". So this was most disappointing and would not choose your hotel, at any location, in the event we would be need a hotel in the future. The evening snacks/drinks and breakfast were very nice; however, eliminating the complimentary evening snacks/drinks may open your hotels to afford being more tech savy."

"Good basic stay. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, decent breakfast, nice little bar area in the lobby for a glass of wine. "

"The property was great. The only reason for the 4 star is because Expedia did not pay the hotel. So I had to wait in the lobby with my child while things got worked out between the hotel and Expedia. Not hotels fault and I wish Expedia didn’t embarrass me. "
