"With the age of technology, it was surprising to us that your hotel did not offer Smart TV's and we certainly didn't think to ask with "the age of technology". So this was most disappointing and would not choose your hotel, at any location, in the event we would be need a hotel in the future. The evening snacks/drinks and breakfast were very nice; however, eliminating the complimentary evening snacks/drinks may open your hotels to afford being more tech savy."
