"Staff was super helpful. They have a great breakfast with unlimited coffee. Only downside is the room is minuscule. They encourage you to come to the lobby/living room, which has lots of seating areas. "

"This remains a great hotel - well positioned and for those who enjoy industrial views, it is amazingly situated for the old port .. a bit like Bristol. People are always wary of hotel restaurants, but the bar and restaurant are serviced by an amazing crew and the quality of the food as always in Holland is exemplary .. thanks to the hard work of the often overlooked farmers!"

"Very friendly staff especially the food service staff. On the last night there we experienced a faulty toilet. When I notified the staff, she suggested we would have to wait until the next morning to get staff to fix it. No toilet overnight???? She eventually put us in another room. "
