"This is the second time staying Pembroke studios. The studio both times where exceptionaly clean and tidy. It's situated in the middle between Liverpool city centre and the eye hospital. Plenty of shops nearby. Will definitely be going back staying there. "

"Great location. Convienantly located near lots of attractions. Kitchen with laundry was a nice feature. Sami-flush system was loud so make sure everyone showers before anyone goes to bed at night. Lift is out or order so make sure you pack lite as you will have to carry it up the stairs."

"It would have been much better if the property offered a few more essentials to the customer, such as: bathroom soap, Kleenex, paper towels, kitchen sink plug, dish rack, coffee, instructions on how to use heaters...and the ultimate suggestion...change the water pump system (way too loud)."

"Great location, loud at night but to be expected. Very cheap toiletries and room not being cleaned during 2 night stay made the stay feel less than luxurious. Bread knife would be a good addition in the kitchenette. Feels safe. Would revisit. Thank you!"

"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "

"We are senior citizens so the electronic entry system via an app was a challenge but with help we got it to work. The property advertises itself as a Hen and Stag Party venue but that never appeared as part of the information on the Hotels.com website or we wouldn't have bookrd it! Given that this was their business model I'm not surprised that the place wasn't as clean as my wife would have liked and it was very noisy on the Saturday night. "The property was fine for the most part. Clean. The street it is on is a construction site at the moment and so it is really noisy from very early. The apartment itself was nice although there was no remote control on the apartment for the television. We had chosen to have a gaming night before going out yet the hdmi port had been doctored and removed. "New apartment, bus stop 25metres for City centre. Nicely furnished, very comfortable. En suites spacious, lovely towels. Everything positive except ‘Guest Ready’ who despite having a 24/7 phone number were impossible to contact despite trying many times of the day when I wanted some information on returning key. Very frustrating and time wasting."

"We absolutely loved his brilliantly located apartment. The staff were lovely and very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. You hardly heard any noise at all, especially considering you were right bang in the city centre."

"The hotel is amazing we didn't want to leave. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the size of the room was huge. The only thing that was disappointing is that you have to pay for the spa which you would thing would be free with it being a 4 star hotel. But besides that we really enjoyed our stay. "

"I have stayed in this hotel a few times now amd i dont know if i would use any other hotel in liverpool the staff are friendly and if you need anything at all they have it there for you it says you need request fan iron iron board amd hair dryer but they have always been in the rooms ive stayed in "

"Clean, tidy and just what we needed for a few days away. Great place in Liverpool a stones throw from good restaurants, shopping, pubs, the docks and 15 min walk from the train station. Very quiet and hidden away which was perfect for a good nights sleep too. Would recommend and stay again. "
