"A little bit off the path of Madrid, but worth it. If you don’t mind a bit of walking, a metro station is about 15 minutes away - through a very nice, calm and safe neighbourhood. Property is quite nice. Courtyard is a nice place to sit at night. Pool gets a lot of sunshine in the day. Staff are excellent and friendly. I felt very safe and the place was clean. "The room was great - good bed and shower and very quiet with the balcony doors closed. Outstanding location just off Plaza del Sol. Hotel occupies 3rd and 4th floor of a multi tenant building which is kind of unusual and the elevator is 8 square feet (2 people & 2 bags cannot fit into it). No free coffee (€1 and you have to pay with your phone using a QR code) but many coffee options nearby. All in all a good place to stay."

"Was a lovely little property on the outskirts of the city centre, about a half hour walk. The room was smaller than expected but clean, and had a mini fridge which was a lovely touch to keep drinks cool in the heat! And staff were super friendly and welcoming as well which brilliant as well. "

"Check-in was easy because it was all done online beforehand. You must have access to data in order to unlock the main doors and rooms as there are no keypads or keys. Overall, the area was quiet and clean, within easy walking distance to the Prado museum and shopping. "

"El servicio del personal es terrible, reserve por emergencia pero quien atiende la línea telefónica definitivamente no debería estar ahí súper despota y grosero al final solucionaron porque expedía me iba a reubicar pero tardaron más de 5 horas en recibirme en el hospedaje, la habitación es muy pequeña no funciona el wifi y está muy sucio todo en general "

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"Hotel is nice and in good location, but it has a ridiculous policy that no visitors are allowed. That policy should be clearly stated when you are booking a room. I was in town visiting my daughter who lives in Spain, we would come into the room to grab something or use the restroom and they kicked my daughter out every time. Stating that no visitors are allowed, never have I ever stayed at an hotel with that policy. "

"Clean accomodations, comfortable beds, well equipped with small refrigerator, kettle for hot tea / coffee. Air conditioning worked great. Family room was small but a great option for a one night stay in the center of Madrid, with easy access to metro transportation, restaurants, shoppingand historic landmarks. Very helpful, friendly staff."
