"Struggled to get into the property but once in there was stains up the walls on the floor and the bedding was also stained and dirty messaged host on Expedia got no reply rand them it just rang off also sent a txt message and got blanked there too "

"I was in one of the cheaper lodges not overlooking the lakes and closer to the bins. Lodge was clean overall and simply equipped with the standard fittings. I didn’t use any of the restaurants on site and check in was very easy. "

"Sea Holly Lodge was perfect for a few days away. It is a beautiful lodge, everything in the lodge is lovely, the kitchen was well stocked with enough plates, cups, cutlery etc. The beds were comfortable with great linen, bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water. It was a home away from home. We would all recommend this property to friends and family. Communication from Lucinda was prompt and helpful. Thank you "

"5 night break including grandchild under 1. Lodge was spotlessly clean ,new fresh bed linen and exceptionally equipped kitchen with everything you could need . "One of the best equipped and well set up places I have stayed. Great to have clean and well-equipped kitchen. My room looked out on the road; at first I thought it would be too noisy but the double glazing was very effective at blocking the sound. Good information eg clearly labelled light switches. Easy to use door seduriry with codes. I was delighted to be able to leave my luggage between check-out and train departure. Very convenient for station, town, restaurants, church. I would recommend...

"Our 3rd stay at Jasmine Cottage and 6th visit to Norfolk. Would have been more but for Covid restrictions. My friend and I (and a dog each) love the cottage and area. For us it’s perfect, long walks on the beach then short walk to the pub. The cottage is homely, dog friendly and has everything you need Which is why we keep coming back! "
