"Lovely place to stay, room very pleasant. Staff really helpful. Only one small negative that breakfast was at the main hotel , our room was in another annex some distance away. I would recommend you make sure you realise where your accommodation is . "

"Cosy rooms above a lovely pub restaurant. Rooms can be a bit small but easily manageable depending on which one you get. TV's though are very small so just used my laptop on sky go as the guest WiFi is quite good."

"Loved the place. It was right next door to Oxburgh Hall where we wanted to visit. The weather was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Staff were attentive and the breakfast was probably the best we've had. Couldn't finish it all. It was very tasty. The only criticism we have and it's something that would take very little to rectify was the housekeeping side of things. "Love staying here - fourth time, first time for a ‘winter’ break so could enjoy sitting by the fire in the bar lounge area. Great base for day trips to Brancaster, Holkham and Old Hunstanton. Fab breakfast. Enjoyed the pub menu meals as we had two dogs with us. And there was welcome cake and G&T in room on arrival plus quality Brew Tea teas which we could top up as and when needed."

"Lovely stay in one of the lodge rooms spacious and modern and very clean and comfy . Service is brilliant staff friendly . The food in the pub is super very tasty and the pies are amazing .very dog friendly love staying here and will be back would absolutely recommend "

"The room looked ok but on closer inspection not so good! Bathroom had mould in the tile grout in the shower and the remaining bathroom was bare plaster. The toilet seat was not attached properly. The bathroom had some sort of sewage maceration system that would go off every hour throughout the night! Nobody knew how the tv worked!! Four remotes for 1 tv!! They then had to go out for batteries as nobody could get it to work! There were thick cobwebs around one of the pictures but the room was...

"Loved this cottage, everything you could need in terms of home comforts, ample kitchen equipment to do a 3 course meal (not that we did), courtyard garden perfect for the dog, as previously mentioned, parking is a little tight at the front of the property "

Great place food amazing

"Great hotel, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable,and clean. Shower was great , the water was nice and hot. Food in the restaurant was fantastic, drinks at the bar are on the expensive side, breakfast was amazing would really have liked tomatoes though. Only stayed 1 night but would happily return. "

"On arrival we found out the room had changed and as we'd veen looking forward to this specific room, we were initially disappointed. The staff however went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and helped make it special with free drinks and unlimted golf. The room we were given was lovely and unique. We enjoyed it as much as we would have the other one i am sure. There is building ongoing to the new spa and to some rooms but it was never an issue and the noise was limited to reasonable times so not to disturb guests. The play area for kids looked epic, the golf was fun and the breakfast was fantastic with loads of choice and food made to order as well as a buffet. We had a short drive to the Dabaling Duck snd visted Rising castle, Castle Acre and took in the beauty of the small villages and scenary. All in all a lovely place and location to explore."

"Very friendly staff, the food was amazing we had fish and chips with peas the fish was a good size portions couldn’t finish it. The room was brilliant well fitted out had a small kitchen that we didn’t expect to have, the views were amazing of the church. Every where was very clean.. will be booking again.. to all staff thank u for giving us an amazing stay "
