"I was booking at 11pm and Hotel.com still showing this mitel is available. When I arrived at 1am. It had a note in the door saying this motel is not operational for weeks. I do not received refund from Hotel.com yet since 20 Oct, 2018"

"We arrived quite late (just before midnight) after a long day on the road from Calgary. Dave greeted us warmly at the front desk and had us set up with our room super quick. Shortly after getting to our nice big room we realized that that toilet was not working. I ran down to the desk and Dave set us up with another nearby room without hesitation. We’ll explore the restaurant for breakfast in the morning but our first impression of Chateau Nova has been overwhelmingly positive."
