"We have an annual mum and daughters, plus dogs, getaway every year, but usually in the Spring, so choosing Norfolk in November, would be a little different, but this time we had my 4 year old granddaughter with us. I chose this particular stay as we wanted somewhere that wasn't too far from anything, but also being near to a beach, which is great for dogs and kids, regardless of the weather and that is exactly what we got. Blue Boat cottage itself was the perfect place to stay. Cosy and clean...

"Absolutely beautiful accommodation, the pool, outside dining area, in fact all of the grounds are magnificent. Marie and Ian are amazing hosts, warm, kind, great sense of humour. Our two dogs fell in love with the grounds and more so with Marie the host. I would recommend a stay here… We feel recharged… Thank you for an amazing stay…"

"We loved the outside. The manager allowed us to have a paddling pool on the grass which our granddaughter loved and had so much fun with all the space in the garden and house. The males in the family lived the table tennis and badminton. House very well equipped."

"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "

"Wonderful fireplace, old world cottage, quiet relaxing place, everything you could wish for. Sea near by, lots of nice walks. Lake very interesting to watch. Will visit again ."
