"It is a budget inn so dont expect all the bells and whistles of a Travelodge. This is the second time I have stopped, so that says something. Room was clean, had TV and coffe/tea making facilities. I will stay again."

"Great little pub in a quiet location but close to major routes. The communication from owner was great and welcomed me on arrival. The room was very modern, clean spacious and well equipped. The bed was really comfy with high quality bed sheets and duvet. I enjoyed a meal on the second night which was fabulous and well presented. "Amazing is an overused word. Was visiting apprentices in the port. Phoned to say would be very late. Kept kitchen open had very nice steak. Then went to suite. It was huge. Kitchen TV room, with everything including washing machine, and shower room. TV in living room and bedroom. View out the window directly to countryside. Nice breakfast. "

"Stayed following.a charity event, turned up with an additional unexpected guest and Lindy and Jo quickly accommodated him and made up another room on the spot. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the rooms were excellent. "

"What a beautiful venue. The room was spotless, well stocked tea, coffee milk etc. The breakfast was amazing and the owners were delighted. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"The hotel didn't seem to be sure of our booking when we arrived. After that, the check in was swift. The room was grubby as was the bathroom. The duvet cover and the pillowcases were marked and clearly very old indeed. It was quiet and the location is great for visitors to Brigg. The price of the room was low and I suppose this was a case of ''getting what you paid for''"

"The pub restaurant has fantastic food and nice staff although the room was cold already when we arrived and an extra electric radiator was is place. We woke up at the middle of the night and all central radiators were off, we musste take the kids into our bed to warm up! The radiator was on only at 6:30 am. Not recomendável during winter time "

"Booked a twin room which they'd double booked our room but they did managed to sort out 2 single rooms which actually worked much better for my housemate and I. Overall the building is very rustic and quite quaint, the rooms are decently sized, the beds are comfy enough for the short term and the bathroom is very modern. Unsure if there's wifi as I didn't have any for the whole stay but as i was visiting to see family it didn't really bother me that much."

"My advice to anyone going to Beverley do not stay at the game bird it should be shut down because in my opinion it is a health hazard my breakfast was not cooked it was cremated never again"
