"Firstly it is not clear that a "standard"room has the bathroom outside but it is Expedia's fault. However, 24hr reception is not correct, had to wait 15 minutes on the phone and no one answered so had to call another property of the group to gain access. The external bathroom was very cold, the room adjacent to common area with very noisy vending machines so I did not sleep a wink. "The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

"We loved our stay in Trenta, the chalet is spacious and in a stunning location. It’s lovely and peaceful and really special to hear the Soca river so close. I’m not sure if anything has been changed in the bedrooms since previous reviews, but we found them comfy. The kitchen is very basic and overall (as mentioned by others) the chalet is overpriced for what you get, but it’s still a beautiful stay."
