"The apartment made me feel like i at home. The amenities offered was everything neede for a great time to relax and just stay in and relax. The outdoors overlook was very nice,can't wait to come back in the warmer months for more fun and adventure. The parking garage was well lit and i felt safe walking to my car at night."

"We stayed 2 nights for the Taylor Swift concert. When I booked I had no idea how close it was to the stadium. That alone saved a great deal of money. I was hesitant to book due to negative reviews that they would never stay again, but the price made me book it. I will say I was very pleased with the stay. Our room was clean no smell of dogs as previously stated. The hallway going to the room could have been a tad bit neater but still not bad. The only complaint I had with the reservation is...

"Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...
