"The staff were all friendly and accommodating to me during check-in and check-out. My only complaint is the water temperature in the shower was barely lukewarm. Even after maintenance came to adjust the temp, it still remained the same. In fairness, he addressed the pooling water in the shower without me asking. Overall, my stay was a little above average. "

"The staff went above and beyond for me. I had gotten sick when I was staying there and they accommodated my needs to help me recover .... the chef made me something I could eat. Dennis at the Front Desk was wonderful. Martin delivered things I needed as well as Dennis. The hotel manager, assisted in my recovery. I would highly recommend this hotel. I also loved how safe I felt staying here. "

"Negotiating the parking lot and accessing the parking garage were difficult and time consuming. Directions from the staff at the porte-cochère and in the parking area were vague and not helpful. Most importantly: The highly inventive "Destination Fee" is nothing but a gouge. We were told that if we ordered room service the $25 fee would be deducted from the bill. IT WAS NOT.
