"We had a good stay at this little place in Englewood. The inside was very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The walking path is nearby, but Main Street is close and traffic can be loud (the reason for the 4 star rating). We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance."

"Our stay was excellent. The few minor issues that popped up were taken care of right away by the owner. Very clean and spacious and the event area in the barn was great. Will definitely stay here again. Just beautiful !"

"The Troy House is as pictured. The ambiance Colista & Grant created makes it very cozy. There is just enough decor without over doing it. The Troy house provides many amenities so you can travel light. Communication was immediate. Colista and Grant obviously take pride in the home they offer. Thank you for sharing, I sincerely enjoyed my stay. The town square is walkable from the home. There are many nice shops and restaurants. "

"We found this home to be very well supplied and clean. It was just the perfect place for us to gather for Thanksgiving. Its very comfy-cozy and in a nice neighborhood. The only thing of note is that the upstairs bathroom fan is noisy and we were not left towel sets for the shower in the downstairs bath. However, since there's a washer and dryer, we just washed towels to fix that. Would highly recommend this home."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mara was very communicative and the house was very cozy and charming. It was a delight to walk around the neighborhood and see all the beautiful historic homes. Our group of 5 adults had a great stay and we were able to bring our dog, which was great!"

"The house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, and a huge TV to watch the game on. There is also a big game room. The host, Matt, was easy to work with and communicated promptly. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to rent this lovely home."

"The house is awesome! There’s something for everyone from the youngest to the oldest. There is a playroom for the littles, a game room & movie room for all ages, and a living room where the adults can relax. It’s located in the little town of West Milton. There are cute little shops for souvenirs, a coffee shop, an ice cream shop and a couple restaurants all within walking distance. "The pictures uploaded are either very old, or doctored. Bed sheets had stains on them with black light. Cameras installed throughout the inside of the home. No running water when we arrived. We checked into a motel, and then owner tried to charge me $2000.00 for "water damage", when there was no running water and we never stayed."

"The property was clean and modern. It was evident that it had been recently renovated and the decor was very nice. The house was adequate for our needs. Some members of our group thought the mattresses were very firm. Bathrooms were nice and the towels were fluffy. "

"The host was very flexible in meeting our needs. There were several spaces to gather - living room, front room, basement, patio. We had eight adults spending the night and while there were more bed spaces, too many more adults would have been a tight fit in the sleeping spaces. Everything we needed was available. Neighborhood was quiet with plenty of parking and close by stores. Would definitely stay here again!"
