"This property provided the perfect respite as we left DC during Spring Break. The property was exactly as described; extremely spacious, clean, and with useful amenities. The beds were comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort provided by the floor mattresses our children slept on. The linens were plentiful And the entire space had clear communication with placards that shared requests from the host. Would definitely book this location again if travelling in the area. "

"With grandparents and 2 families with children, not only was the house perfect but the fenced yard was huge and spectacular. We didn’t use the hot tub, but there was plenty of good space for adults, too. We gathered for a family wedding, but the space enabled us to spend a few wonderful relaxing days with family we rarely see. Communication with Leora was prompt and accommodating. 5 stars all around! Thank you!"

"We had an incredible stay at JCS Farms.Beautiful, clean house. Lots of space. The main floor open concept was awesome for our family gathering/celebration. It was an extremely peaceful setting. Star gazing, nature, birds, and the sunrise every morning through the kitchen doors and bedroom windows! Just a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again. Joshua was so kind and helpful! "

"Everything was perfect. The place was clean, it was a nice neighborhood with no noise. And the host was great at laying everything out and communicating during the process. It felt very safe and comforting. Overall it’s definitely a 5/5 stars from me!"

"Thanksgiving week with family and friends at the Cottage was perfect. This home is extremely comfortable, relaxing, well stocked with needed kitchen supplies. Was so fun being in the middle of town but felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful home available for rent."

"Accommodations were perfect for our group. All check in/out processes were smooth and despite some very frigid temperatures, we were comfortable during the entire stay, sidewalks and steps were promptly cleared of snow and salted, and all essentials were available in the house. We would certainly stay hear again "

"Really clean, nice property with a lot of steps. The advertised couch on lower level is not usable as a bed. It has a really weird arm fold down that makes it unusable, unless for a child. Problem with that is other beds are 2 floors away. "

"It is a beautiful place to stay, it was perfect for our trip. The Chapman's were warm and friendly. Very clean, very cozy. We would definitely stay there again."

"We were Highly Impressed with the amount of space, rooms, accommodations, cleanliness and responsiveness. We can’t wait to go back in the other Seasons. Winter was warm in the Home and the amenities were available for All to enjoy. "I have never felt more welcomed at a VRBO. Our host, Linny, goes out of her way to make you feel at home. From the excellent communication starting from the reservation and continuing throughout the stay to farm fresh eggs, orange juice, muffins, and wine awaiting our arrival.
